Cost of Shipping

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping! Leave our plate rate amounts for orders under $100 for standard shipping. We offer free local in-store and curbside pickup as a convenient, no-cost alternative to shipping.

Estimated Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders usually process within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives in 3 to 4 business days. For local pickup, please select this option at checkout; your items will be ready for collection at our pick-up location.

Package Theft or Destruction

If there is a risk of package theft or destruction, please contact us to make arrangements for signature-required delivery. We are not responsible for the theft or destruction of packages once they have been delivered.

Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order that may have been processed incorrectly due to website or user error, including orders submitted with product, coupon codes, or promotions that were not displayed or executed as intended.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date. Store exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact and attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In-store returns and exchanges are available for free at our shop.
