Our Commitment

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange based on the following guidelines.

Policy Details

• Returns: Accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

• Exchanges: Store exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact and attached.

• Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• In-Store Returns: Returns and exchanges can be made at our shop for free at any time.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale and clearance items

• Certain seasonal items

• Undergarments

• Gift cards
